- Non-standard construction detailing
- Sourcing of art and plants
- Vaastu consultants and design confirmation

Construction
- Prepare master programme
- Weekly site co-ordination
- Manage paperwork — architect's instructions, variation orders
- Co-ordinate payments to contractors and suppliers

Finalization
- Carry out walk-through and issue defects reports
- Prepare final accounts and as-built drawings
- Issue certificate of completion
- Six months defects liability
